This is a role for someone who takes ownership of results and the development of the people around them.What You'll Be Responsible ForDelivery & Results AccountabilityOwn the delivery of agreed business outcomes across the engagement lifecycle, from mobilization through close-outOperate directly within client environments "” on the floor, in the control room, at the planning table "” to identify performance gaps and drive targeted improvementApply The Proudfoot System to structure the engagement, maintain methodological rigor, and ensure consistent execution against planMonitor performance against targets, conduct formal audits, and take decisive corrective action when results are at riskManage the engagement budget and project P&L, ensuring financial discipline within agreed commercial parametersSolution Development & SustainabilityDevelop solutions in partnership with client teams, ensuring that knowledge, ownership, and operating capability transfer progressively throughout the engagementDesign and deliver structured workshops, coaching programs, and training that build the client's capacity to operate independentlyGround every intervention in the client's operational reality so that improvements hold beyond Proudfoot's involvementClient Partnership & Stakeholder LeadershipEngage with senior client leaders to define the highest-value problems, align organizational priorities, and maintain momentum through governance and steering forumsEstablish trust through consistent delivery, transparency, and an unwavering focus on the client's business objectivesRepresent Proudfoot with credibility at all levels of the client organizationAccount Growth & Commercial ImpactGrow the client relationship by demonstrating measurable bottom-line impact and identifying where additional Proudfoot capability can extend that valueContribute to proposal development, scope definition, and commercial negotiations as the engagement evolvesSupport broader market growth in alignment with regional and European strategic prioritiesPeople Leadership & DevelopmentTake direct accountability for the professional development of the Proudfoot consultants on your team "” their growth is a core measure of your effectiveness in this roleInvest equally in building client team capability, equipping individuals to lead improvements with confidenceProvide clear, honest, and constructive feedback that raises the standard for both Proudfoot and client personnelSet and uphold the benchmark for how Proudfoot operates "” disciplined, embedded, and accountableDay-to-Day LifeNo two days are the same. You will move between shop floors, operational environments, and executive boardrooms "” frequently within the same week. Travel and operational variety are inherent to the role. Reporting to the VP Growth & Delivery, you will balance hands-on operational involvement with stakeholder management, team development, and the commercial thinking required to expand the account.Skills & ExperienceEducationBachelor's degree in Science or EngineeringMaster's degree in Management or Business is highly desirableIndustry ExperienceSignificant experience within mining, natural resources, industrial manufacturing, or energy sectorsBackgrounds may include operations, maintenance, supply chain, internal OPEX, transformation programs, financial control, environmental change, renewables, or behavioral change / industrial psychologyConsulting & MethodologiesDemonstrated track record of delivering business performance improvement with quantifiable, sustained resultsExperience leading, managing, and developing teams in operational or project environmentsWorking knowledge of methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or business process reengineeringCommercial & Financial AcumenStrong understanding of financial principles, including P&L, balance sheets, and cost managementProven ability to engage in commercial discussions and contribute to account strategyTechnical & Analytical SkillsStrong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Power BIData analytics capability and comfort working with operational performance dataDigital & AI CapabilityPractical experience using AI tools (e.g. Copilot, Claude, or similar) to enhance productivity, analysis, or delivery qualityLanguagesBusiness-level fluency in English is essentialFrench and/or Spanish language skills are a strong advantagePersonal AttributesCommanding leadership presence with the ability to influence and align senior stakeholdersExceptional communication skills, professional resilience, and sustained energyAbility to operate effectively under ambiguity, time pressure, and complex organizational dynamicsComfortable being held accountable for outcomes, not activityStrong commitment to personal development and to upholding the Proudfoot brandOur Commitment to Diversity & InclusionWhat makes us different is what makes us whole.
