Delivery Manager (Product Owner)

Job Summary:Our client is seeking a Delivery Manager (Product Owner) to join their team! This position is located in St. Louis, Missouri. We are seeking a Delivery Manager to function as a Product Owner within a growing organization that maintains a fast-paced environment. This role is designed for a professional who is comfortable navigating complex organizational structures and taking full ownership of their product area without needing constant direction. You will be responsible for bridging the gap between the PMO and the development teams, ensuring that products move efficiently from the intake stage through to production.Duties:Partner with stakeholders and clients to understand requirements and translate them into actionable product roadmaps and user storiesManage and prioritize the product backlog for a specific feature team, adapting to changing requirements in real timeOversee all stages of product development, including design, development, and testing, while participating in all Scrum ceremonies and sprintsInteract regularly with architects, developers, and leadership to ensure technical alignment and product progressContribute to the development of organizational processes, artifacts, and documentation to ensure a clean and scalable operational frameworkUse communication and presentation skills to influence stakeholders and push projects forward in a high-intensity environmentDesired Skills/Experience:Bachelor's degree in any field is required1+ year of experience in a Product Owner role, or experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager with a recent transition into product ownershipActive Product Owner Certification is highly preferredExperience with Postman or SQL is highly preferredA technical background with an understanding of code reviews and development PRs is a significant advantagePrior experience working within large, complex corporate environments is preferredHigh level of confidence and the ability to provide firm pushback when necessary to maintain product integrityStrong organizational skills with a focus on process and procedureBenefits:Medical, Dental, & Vision Insurance PlansEmployee-Owned Profit Sharing (ESOP)401K offeredThe approximate pay range for this position starting at $100,000 - $115,000. Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and location.
