About the RoleWe're looking for a highly capable Operations Lead to take ownership of our day-to-day execution across 3PL, dispatch, and sales operations. This is a critical role focused on ensuring orders move efficiently, partners perform, and operations directly support strong financial outcomes. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager and cross-functional teams, acting as the go-to owner for fulfillment performance, dispatch efficiency, and operational systems.What You'll Own3PL & Fulfillment PerformanceOwn day-to-day relationship with 3PL partnersEnsure SLAs are met across order accuracy, turnaround time, and inventory handlingIdentify issues quickly and drive resolution with partnersHold 3PLs accountable through metrics and regular performance reviewsDispatch & Order FlowOversee dispatch planning and executionContinuously improve routing, delivery timing, and cost efficiencyUnderstand and optimize how orders move from placement to deliveryReduce delays, errors, and unnecessary costsSales Operations SupportEnsure smooth order processing across wholesale and eCommerce channelsPartner with sales to align on order flow, timing, and executionHelp bridge gaps between demand, inventory, and fulfillmentFinancial & Business ImpactUnderstand how operational decisions impact margins, cash flow, and working capitalIdentify cost-saving opportunities across logistics and fulfillmentBuild and maintain reporting to track performance and drive decisionsSystems & Process ImprovementWork within and improve ERP, WMS, and OMS systemsDrive better processes, automation, and data accuracyCreate scalable workflows as the business growsCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with finance, inventory, and sales to align operations with business needsCommunicate clearly and effectively with both internal teams and external partnersAct as the operational bridge across departmentsWhat We're Looking For5-8+ years of experience in operations, logistics, or supply chainStrong experience managing 3PL partners and fulfillment operationsDeep understanding of dispatch, routing, and delivery workflowsStrong analytical skills with advanced Excel experienceExperience with ERP/WMS/OMS systemsBackground in wholesale operations; eCommerce experience is a plusStrong communicator who can manage both internal stakeholders and external partnersHighly organized, detail-oriented, and execution-focusedStrong operational understanding of inventory systems and how they flow through 3PL, fulfillment, and sales channels (SOH, inbound POs, allocations, sell-through awareness)What Success Looks Like3PL partners consistently hitting (or exceeding) performance targetsMore efficient dispatch and lower delivery costsClear visibility into operational and financial performanceFewer errors, faster fulfillment, and scalable processes
