We understand that going the extra mile is what sets our organization apart, allowing us to boost our individuals' quality of life.Role OverviewThe Senior Manager, Human Resources is a senior leadership role responsible for the strategic direction, regulatory compliance, and operational effectiveness of all human resources functions at Reliance Family Care Services (RFCS). This role ensures full compliance with Pennsylvania Department of Human Services (DHS), Office of Developmental Programs (ODP 55 Pa. Code - chapters 6100/6400/6500), OLTL, and applicable federal and state employment laws, while building a structured, standardized, and scalable HR infrastructure that supports workforce stability, retention, and high-quality services.
