IT Systems Engineer (Onsite)Twinsburg, OHOnsite | Full-Time Must be Green Card Holder or Citizen"The IT Systems Engineer will support the IT Manager and key business leaders in a growing, fast-paced environment. This role requires a proactive, hands-on approach to IT infrastructure and systems management, supporting a leadership team that is new to Crane.You will be responsible for the core IT environment supporting approximately 170 associates at the Twinsburg, OH location. Working closely with the Sr. IT Manager and broader IT organization, you will help ensure a secure, scalable, and reliable technical environment aligned with business objectives and profitable growth.We need someone highly skilled in "IAC - Infrastructure As Code". This is the ability to spin up infrastructure resources in Azure via automated command line utilities like Terraform, Ansible, etc.Key ResponsibilitiesInfrastructure ManagementAdminister and maintain Windows and Linux servers, virtualization platforms, and storage systemsMonitor system performance to ensure high availability and reliabilityManage backups, disaster recovery, patching, and system updatesNetwork & SecuritySupport LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networksImplement and maintain cybersecurity tools and protocolsConduct vulnerability assessments and assist with compliance initiativesCloud & Application SupportManage cloud platforms including Microsoft 365, Azure, and AWSSupport enterprise applications and integrations with on-prem systemsAssist with system migrations, upgrades, and enhancementsProcess Improvement & CBS InitiativesIdentify opportunities to streamline IT support processesParticipate in CBS-driven kaizen activities and standard work adoptionSupport IT projects and continuous improvement initiativesTeam CollaborationPartner closely with the IT Manager and cross-functional stakeholdersParticipate in team meetings, training, and collaborative initiativesPromote a culture of accountability, learning, and operational excellence
