Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated, self-starter, and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The primary responsibility of this role is to perform cold calling to qualify and schedule appointments with potential new clients for our Outside Sales Representatives. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone communication skills, a resilient attitude towards cold call rejections, and previous experience in phone based sales, door-to-door sales, or high-frequency sales. IT Technical knowledge is not required, this job is about communication and interacting with humans on the phone, not the IT needs they have. Key Responsibilities:Cold Calling: Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to introduce our services and schedule appointments for Outside Sales Representatives.Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through research and data analysis.Appointment Setting: Schedule meetings between potential clients and Outside Sales Representatives.Follow-Up: Maintain regular follow-up with potential clients to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.Database Management: Update and maintain accurate records of all interactions and appointments in the CRM system.Collaboration: Work closely with the Outside Sales team to ensure seamless handoff of leads and appointments.Reporting: Provide regular reports on call activity, lead generation, and appointment setting to the Sales Manager.Qualifications:Experience: Previous experience in inside sales, own-based sales, door-to-door sales, or high-frequency sales. Preferred but not strictly required. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and quickly establish connection with potential clients over the phone.Resilience: Thick skin and a positive attitude towards handling rejection and overcoming objections during cold calls.Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.Sales Tech-Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.ResponsibleHigh degree of confidentiality, High degree of punctuality.Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the sales team and other departments.Education:A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
