This position is part of a structured development program designed to prepare you for a long-term career in sales.You'll start by learning the business from the inside"”shadowing employees from sales to service, supporting customers, learning equipment applications, and building the foundation to grow into a high-performing sales role.This is not a sit-behind-a-desk role. You'll be expected to roll up your sleeves, get your boots muddy, and fully understand the equipment and operations.
