Job SummaryThe Loss Prevention Operations Coordinator supports the administration and execution of physical security systems, service operations, and store lifecycle initiatives across a regional footprint. This role is responsible for managing work orders and service requests, supporting store openings and closings, and maintaining accurate reporting and system data. The position plays a key role in ensuring operational efficiency, security compliance, and alignment across internal teams and external partners.Key Responsibilities• Track progress of store installations and follow up on service requests to ensure timely completion• Create, monitor, and manage work orders related to store-level loss prevention and security issues• Review and research aging work orders to drive resolution and improve service performance• Utilize software systems and web-based tools to update and maintain accurate work order statuses• Maintain system records to reflect current physical security configurations and asset tracking• Prepare, maintain, and distribute reports related to service metrics, aging, and productivity• Support store openings, remodels, and closures by maintaining project trackers and documentation• Assist in distributing planning documents to field teams to ensure alignment with project timelines• Support system validation processes for new store openings• Review and approve LPTV, alarm, and key/core plans for new and remodeled locations, as assigned• Track and manage recovery of loss prevention assets from closing or relocating locations• Coordinate system shutdowns and termination of maintenance agreements for closed sites• Collect, analyze, and report loss prevention data and metrics on a recurring and ad hoc basis• Support administration and maintenance of loss prevention systems and software platforms• Maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external vendors• Assist in training new team members on loss prevention operations processes• Support scheduling and coordination of security guard services for events, as neededMinimum Education & Experience Requirements• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent work experience may be considered• Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in loss prevention, operations, IT support, or related field• Experience with ticketing systems, service management, or systems administration preferred• Prior experience supporting multi-site or retail environments is a plusSpecial Requirements• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment• Occasional availability to support urgent operational needs outside standard business hoursKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail• Excellent organizational and time management abilities• Effective written and verbal communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel (including formula-based reporting)• Familiarity with platforms such as Salesforce, JIRA, ServiceChannel, or similar systems preferred• Ability to work collaboratively across teams and build strong professional relationships• Capacity to learn and adapt to new systems, tools, and processesAdditional Desired Characteristics• Experience in retail loss prevention or physical security systems• Background in IT support or systems administration• Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational efficiency• Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and as part of a teamWork Environment• Hybrid work schedule within a regional office setting• Remote work on designated days with in-office collaboration mid-week• Primarily office-based work with extended computer useOther Duties• This job description is not intended to be exhaustive.
