Electrical Superintendent - Hyperscale Data Centers - Texas, USA Location: Texas (Relocation Available)Salary: $160,000 - $200,000 + Bonus + BenefitsAbout the Opportunity:We're working with a leading hyperscale data center contractor delivering some of the most complex and high-profile mission critical projects across the U.S. Due to continued growth and a strong project pipeline, they are looking to hire an experienced Electrical Superintendent to lead on large-scale data center builds.This is a key leadership role where you'll take ownership of electrical scopes on ground-up hyperscale projects, working alongside top-tier clients and project teams.The Role:As Electrical Superintendent, you will be responsible for driving field operations across major data center construction projects, ensuring delivery is on time, on budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards.Lead and manage electrical field operations on hyperscale data center projectsOversee subcontractors and ensure performance, productivity, and accountabilityCoordinate closely with Project Managers, Engineers, and General ContractorsDrive project schedules and ensure milestones are metMaintain strict adherence to safety (OSHA), quality, and compliance standardsConduct site walks, progress reporting, and stakeholder updatesEnsure all installations meet design specifications and client expectationsWhat We're Looking ForProven experience as an Electrical Superintendent on data center or large-scale commercial/industrial projectsStrong background in mission critical / hyperscale environments preferredExperience managing projects valued at $20M+Journeyman or Master Electrician license preferredStrong leadership skills with the ability to manage large field teamsExperience managing subcontractor performance on complex buildsSolid understanding of electrical systems, commissioning, and turnover processesWhat's On Offer:$160,000 - $200,000 base salaryPerformance bonusFull benefits package (medical, dental, vision)401(k)Relocation support (if applicable)Opportunity to work on cutting-edge hyperscale data center projectsWhy This Role?Join a contractor at the forefront of the AI & hyperscale data center boomWork on flagship, large-scale mission critical projectsClear progression into Senior Leadership rolesBe part of a company with a strong reputation and repeat client baseApply Now:If you're an experienced Electrical Superintendent looking to step into a high-impact role within the data center sector, we'd love to hear from you.
