OverviewWe are seeking a Business Process Analyst to support a leading energy and utility organization by bringing structure, organization, and clarity to day-to-day operations. This role will focus heavily on documentation, process mapping, and presentation development, with the opportunity to support Power BI dashboard creation as reporting needs evolve.This position is ideal for someone who is highly organized, technically savvy, and comfortable taking ownership of tasks with minimal direction. The right candidate will be able to gather information from stakeholders, translate it into clear and standardized formats, and support both operational and reporting needs.Key ResponsibilitiesCreate and maintain process documentation, workflows, and diagrams using VisioBuild clear, polished presentations in PowerPoint to support communication and alignmentMeet with stakeholders to gather information and translate it into structured, technical documentationOrganize and standardize documentation including processes, workflows, and technical informationTake unstructured or incomplete information and turn it into clear, usable deliverablesSupport general business operations through coordination, documentation, and follow-through on assigned tasksWork independently with limited direction and take initiative to complete tasks end-to-endUtilize Excel and other Microsoft tools to organize and analyze informationSupport Power BI dashboard creation and reporting efforts as needed, including consolidating data from multiple sources into a single viewAssist with technical writing, ensuring documentation is consistent, accurate, and easy to understandRequired Qualifications2-5 years of experience in a Business Analyst, Process Analyst, Project Analyst, or similar roleStrong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Word)Experience creating process flows, documentation, and presentationsStrong technical writing and documentation skillsAbility to gather information from stakeholders and translate it into structured outputsHighly organized with strong attention to detailComfortable working with minimal direction and taking ownership of tasksStrong general technical/computer skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience building Power BI dashboards (from scratch or modifying existing dashboards)Data-savvy with the ability to work with multiple data sourcesExperience consolidating information into dashboards or reporting toolsBackground working in technical, engineering, operations, or data-driven environmentsExperience supporting project coordination or process improvement effortsIdeal Candidate ProfileA few years of experience (not entry-level, not overly senior)Strong executor who can be given tasks and run with them independentlyComfortable in a role that blends documentation, coordination, and light analyticsNot a pure administrative profile, but someone who can operate at a higher level within similar responsibilitiesData-aware and capable of stepping into Power BI/dashboarding when neededStrong communicator who can work with technical stakeholders and present information clearlyWork ArrangementHybrid schedule: Remote: Monday & Friday, Onsite: Tuesday-Thursday, Flex 9 schedule
