This role is perfect for a hands-on person who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in delivering exceptional service.Key ResponsibilitiesMaintenance Leadership Ensure timely and accurate completion of service requestsAssist in the make-ready process for vacant units, including inspections, scheduling vendors, and quality checksMaintain inventory control and ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and suppliesPreventive Maintenance & SafetyComplete preventive maintenance service requirementsEnsure compliance with OSHA standards, company safety policies, and risk management proceduresMaintain property inspections to identify and resolve safety concerns to the Service ManagerGrounds & Common AreasMaintain cleanliness and curb appeal of grounds, amenities, and common areasPerform general upkeep tasks such as pressure washing, painting, and trash removalWhat We're Looking ForExperience in property maintenance or similar roleTechnical skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance repairEPA certifications (Type I & II or Universal) & CPO requiredValid driver's license and reliable transportationAbility to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and on-call rotationsPhysical ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and work in all weather conditionsBenefits401(k) with company matchHealth, dental, and vision insuranceFlexible spending accountsLife insurancePaid time offSchedule: Full-time; flexible hours with on-call responsibilitiesAbout LSA ManagementLSA Management is redefining property management careers.
