Our client is a fast-growing, consumer-focused services company seeking a Director of Growth Marketing to drive the next phase of customer and revenue growth. This role owns the full growth funnel"”from acquisition and conversion through lifecycle marketing and retention"”and operates with a high degree of autonomy and accountability.You'll lead growth strategy, execution, and experimentation across digital, in-person, and lifecycle channels, partnering closely with Product, Operations, Analytics, and Finance. This is a highly impactful role with direct ownership of performance metrics and outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn growth strategy across acquisition, conversion, lifecycle marketing, and retentionLead go-to-market planning for new offers, programs, and customer experience enhancementsDrive conversion optimization across digital and physical customer touchpointsOwn lifecycle marketing strategy including onboarding, engagement, upsell, churn prevention, and win-backPlan and execute data-driven experiments across pricing, offers, messaging, and customer journeysPartner with analytics teams to translate customer data into actionable insights and testable hypothesesTrack performance metrics and continuously optimize toward growth and targetsQualifications7+ years of experience in growth marketing, lifecycle marketing, or product-led growthStrong understanding of subscription or membership-based business modelsProven experience owning acquisition, conversion, retention, and revenue metricsHands-on experience with lifecycle or CRM platforms (e.g., Braze or similar)Data-driven mindset with experience using dashboards and performance analytics
