This role is ideal for someone early in their career who is highly detail-oriented, organized, and eager to build experience in fund operations and investor services.This position requires strong time management, accountability, and a commitment to accuracy. You will be responsible for executing time-sensitive tasks in a structured and reliable manner while maintaining a high standard of precision.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport client onboarding, including review of subscription documents and entry of investor dataTrack and manage onboarding workflows to ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely executionAssist with capital call and distribution reconciliation processesMaintain and update investor records, transactions, and supporting documentationSupport investor and client communications, ensuring timely and professional responsesCoordinate with internal teams and external partners (e.g., fund administrators, RIAs, law firms)Identify, investigate, and escalate discrepancies or missing informationQualificationsBachelor's degree in finance, business, economics, or a related field1-3 years of experience in operations, finance, or a related role (internships count)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentClear and professional written and verbal communication skillsProficiency in Excel and general comfort with data systemsAdditional Qualifications (great to have)Exposure to private markets, fund operations, or investor servicesFamiliarity with subscription documents or onboarding workflowsExperience working with financial platforms or CRM systemsWhy BridgePortOpportunity to gain hands-on experience in private markets infrastructure and fund operationsExposure to a wide range of clients, structures, and transaction workflowsCollaborative, fast-paced environment with strong learning opportunitiesClear path for growth within operations and broader platform roles
