We're committed to enabling healthcare professionals to focus on patient care while we handle the business operations that support them.Job Summary The Senior Pricing Analyst is responsible for developing and implementing pricing, promotion, reporting, and analytical solutions to support the revenue management department. This role serves as a hands-on pricing and BI partner, helping establish foundational reporting while also driving analysis and recommendations across pricing strategy, promotional effectiveness, bundles, membership economics, and pricing performance. The ideal candidate brings strong technical skills, sound commercial judgment, excellent communication and organizational skills, and a passion for using data to solve business problems and improve decision-making.ResponsibilitiesAs a Senior Pricing Analyst, you will:Work closely with the Senior Manager of Pricing to optimize pricing, discounting, promotional, and bundle strategies across multiple brandsHelp design, execute, and measure pricing and promotional tests, including defining hypotheses, success metrics, test structure, and readouts for stakeholdersReview monthly pricing and discounting performance against forecast, highlight major variances, identify root causes, and recommend actionsLeverage advanced data, financial modeling, and forecasting to develop targeted and effective pricing and promotional strategiesBuild and maintain foundational reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to track pricing, promotions, bundles, and membership economics across the organizationAnalyze willingness to pay (WTP), ability to pay (ATP), patient behavior, and cohort or segment performance to inform pricing and offer decisionsEvaluate the performance of bundles, promotions, membership programs, and pricing merchandising to improve conversion, mix, revenue, and profitabilitySupport pricing strategy through analysis of patient segmentation, cohorts, and offer response across brands, geographies, and other key dimensionsUse data and financial modeling to develop new measures and metrics that monitor pricing performance throughout the organizationPartner with data engineering and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure pricing and promotion data is properly collected, structured, and available for analysis and reportingCreate clear analyses, reports, dashboards, and visualizations that communicate findings, business implications, and recommendations to stakeholdersEnforce data integrity, accuracy, and governance in pricing, financial, and management reportingConduct ad hoc analyses and support strategic initiatives related to pricing, promotions, membership economics, and related commercial questionsMinimum Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Finance, Economics, or a related field required. Master's degree in a related field is a plus3-5 years of experience in pricing, revenue management, promotions, commercial analytics, business analytics, or a related function required, including meaningful hands-on experience supporting pricing or offer strategyExperience evaluating pricing, discounting, promotions, bundles, membership or subscription economics, or related commercial levers requiredStrong understanding of willingness to pay (WTP), ability to pay (ATP), test design, test measurement, and the key drivers of pricing and promotional performance requiredExperience using segmentation, cohorts, or customer or patient behavior analysis to inform pricing or offer decisions preferredExperience with healthcare, dental, retail healthcare, or other consumer services pricing preferred; familiarity with pricing waterfall concepts from list pricing to out-of-pocket realization is a plusAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SQL (BigQuery preferred), and Tableau required; experience with Python preferredStrong understanding of data querying, data structures, and how to translate business questions into scalable reporting and analytical solutionsAbility to build foundational reporting, validate large data sets for accuracy and completeness, and maintain strong data integrity and governance practicesWorking knowledge of data engineering concepts and tools requiredAbility to excel in a fast-paced environment, take direction, and manage multiple prioritiesAbility to lead analytical projects from start to finish, including initial project scoping, structuring analyses, querying and modeling data, validating outputs, and presenting findings and recommendations This role is onsite 4 days/week in our Chicago office (Fulton Market District)A generous benefits package that includes paid time off, health, dental, vision, and 401(k) savings plan with match
