Senior SAP Project Manager Full-time | Onsite | Garner, NC (Onsite 5 days/week)USC | GH Holder | NO C2CPosition SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Senior SAP Project Manager / PMO Lead to oversee critical enterprise SAP initiatives across both SAP S/4HANA and ECC environments. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for driving project execution, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing vendors and integration partners, and ensuring successful delivery of complex business and IT initiatives.The ideal candidate brings a strong background leading SAP transformation programs, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence stakeholders across technical and business functions. This individual will play a key role in the next phase of a multi-plant SAP S/4HANA rollout while supporting a stable ECC environment.Key ResponsibilitiesLead enterprise-wide SAP projects and programs from planning through execution and post-go-live supportManage project scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and dependenciesSupport ongoing SAP S/4HANA transformation efforts, including future plant deploymentsCoordinate internal teams, external vendors, system integrators, and business stakeholdersEnsure alignment between business priorities and implementation strategyOversee testing cycles, cutover planning, go-live readiness, and stabilization effortsMaintain executive-ready reporting, dashboards, status updates, and project documentationDrive issue resolution and decision-making across multiple stakeholder groupsMentor project team members and help strengthen PMO processes and standardsIdentify continuous improvement opportunities across delivery practices and systemsRequired QualificationsBachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or related fieldBackground supporting both SAP ECC and S/4HANA environments8+ years of project management experience leading large-scale IT or ERP initiativesProven experience managing SAP projects, including SAP S/4HANA implementationsStrong understanding of SAP landscapes, integrations, and enterprise business processesExperience managing cross-functional teams in complex organizationsExcellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving ability with a hands-on, execution-focused mindsetProficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, Excel, PowerPoint, or similar platformsPMP certification or equivalent project management credential preferredPreferred QualificationsExperience in manufacturing or plant operations environmentsPrior exposure to multi-site SAP rolloutsFamiliarity with Agile, Waterfall, ITIL, Lean, or Six Sigma methodologiesExperience working with systems integrators and third-party consulting partnersWhy This RoleLead a mission-critical SAP transformation roadmapHigh visibility role with executive and enterprise impactOpportunity to shape delivery strategy for multiple upcoming implementationsJoin a growing team with significant project momentum
