Job function reports to Team Leader Service Medical of "Company" CorporationReports To: Electratherm Assembly SupervisorStatus: Full time, NonexemptDuties & TasksAssembling machine components as illustrated in mechanical drawings.Assembling all types of pump equipment to customer, OEM and industry standard specificationsEfficiently wiring machines, panels, and control circuitry (up to 480 Volts), adding electrical components based on project layouts and wiring diagrams (per NFPA 79)Positioning and leveling system equipmentUp/downloading software, flashing Firmware, performing I/O checksTroubleshooting and problem-solving live power and control circuitry issuesSetting up parameters, testing and debugging the equipment and application while adjusting assembliesConducting a successful customer factory acceptance testObserving all safety regulations, making sure of wearing and using proper protective wear and tools, informing supervisor of any safety issues or hazardsLearn product usage and application through system testing.Test and debug electrical components of machinesWho We AreBitzer Us Inc. is a leading manufacturer of key components used in commercial and industrial refrigeration and air conditioning systems. This role requires the personnel to wear PPE of safety glasses and safety shoes at all times. The employee frequently is required to stand; walk; bend; stoop; use hands; and reach with hands and arms.
