Job Title: Ariba Systems Analyst / Procurement Technology AnalystOverviewHive+Co has a contract opportunity with our client in Columbus for an Ariba Systems Analyst to support Supply Chain, Procurement, and Fleet Operations (SCPFO) systems and technology. This role will focus on maintaining system integrity, supporting Ariba applications, and collaborating across business units to improve procurement processes and application performance.This position requires a strong understanding of Source-to-Pay processes, supplier onboarding, and hands-on experience with the SAP Ariba platformKey ResponsibilitiesProvide functional and technical support for SCPFO systems and applicationsSupport and troubleshoot SAP Ariba modules including Business Network, Guided Buying, Guided Sourcing, and Supplier Lifecycle & Performance (SLP)Lead and support supplier onboarding and enablement across the Ariba NetworkIdentify, research, and resolve data integrity, system, and business process issuesCollaborate with cross-functional teams, business units, and suppliers to ensure effective system usageSupport EDI integrations and Ariba Network-to-ERP connectivity (as applicable)Gather and analyze data to support business cases and cost justificationsDevelop and maintain procedures, job aids, and training materialsTrack, document, and resolve system issues through completionProvide user support including performance testing, issue analysis, and troubleshootingCommunicate system updates, outages, and enhancements to stakeholdersSupport continuous improvement initiatives aligned with lean principlesGenerate reports for data analysis, troubleshooting, and system performance monitoringRequired QualificationsHands-on experience supporting SAP Ariba (Business Network, Guided Buying, Guided Sourcing, SLP)Experience with supplier onboarding and enablement within the Ariba NetworkStrong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) and Supplier Lifecycle Management processesExperience identifying and resolving data and system integrity issuesStrong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, reporting, data analysis)Preferred QualificationsExperience with EDI integrations and supplier connectivityKnowledge of Ariba Network to ERP integrationsExperience with ServiceNow and JiraBackground in Supply Chain, Procurement, or Fleet OperationsFamiliarity with process improvement / lean methodologies
