As the team continues to expand, they are looking to appoint an Accounting Advisory Director to lead engagements and support the development of the practice across the West Coast.This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone who enjoys solving complex accounting challenges, advising executive stakeholders, and leading teams through high-value engagements.What you will be doingLead accounting advisory engagements across technical accounting, financial reporting, and transaction-related mattersSupport clients through IPO readiness, acquisitions, divestitures, carve-outs, and other strategic eventsProvide technical guidance on US GAAP, SEC reporting, and complex accounting mattersReview technical accounting memos, position papers, and client deliverablesAct as a senior point of contact for clients, auditors, and key stakeholdersLead and mentor Managers, Senior Managers, and delivery teams across multiple engagementsContribute to business development, account expansion, and strategic client growthSupport the ongoing development of the accounting advisory practice and team capabilityWhat you will bring8+ years of experience in public accounting, accounting advisory, or transaction advisoryCPA qualification requiredStrong expertise in US GAAP and financial reporting standardsExperience advising senior finance stakeholders on complex accounting mattersAbility to lead multiple concurrent engagements in a client-facing environmentProven people leadership and mentoring capabilityCommercial awareness with experience supporting client growth initiativesWhy this roleOpportunity to lead high-value advisory engagements with senior client exposureClear route to executive leadership within a growing advisory practiceMerit-driven environment with meaningful influence over client deliveryCompetitive compensation and long-term progression opportunitiesRemote role with strong presence across the West Coast marketApply or enquire confidentially:?? a.okolo@ ?? +1 (833) 332 3127
