This role will lead functional design, configuration, testing, and deployment of transportation solutions that improve cost efficiency, service levels, and operational performanceWhile experience with platforms like Manhattan TMS is valuable, we are open to candidates with deep functional expertise across any leading TMS solutions. The ideal candidate will bring strong domain knowledge in transportation operations and a proven track record of delivering successful TMS implementations.What You'll DoLead requirement gathering and functional design workshopsConfigure TMS modules like routing, load planning, carrier selection, and freight settlementDrive SIT, UAT, and end-to-end testing activitiesWork on EDI/API integrations (204, 990, 214, 210, etc.)Support data migration, validation, and system integrations (WMS, ERP, OMS)Participate in go-live, hypercare, and continuous improvement initiativesCollaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutionsWhat We're Looking For7+ years of experience in TMS implementations or supportStrong understanding of transportation planning, routing, and optimizationExperience with EDI/API integrations in logistics systemsHands-on involvement in SIT/UAT cyclesExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsGood to HaveExperience with multiple TMS platformsExposure to WMS/ERP integrationsBackground in logistics or supply chain operations
