The Senior Sales Representative will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, meeting revenue targets, and providing expert guidance to clients on our wide range of window and door products. The role includes prospecting potential clients, building and maintaining relationships, conducting product presentations, and negotiating contracts. The individual will collaborate with the team to create tailored solutions that meet clients' needs while ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. This roll is commission based with an aggressive pay structure that's near best in the industry. QualificationsProven expertise in sales, account management, and client relationship buildingStrong negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to identify customer needs and create customized product solutionsExperience in the window and door industry, or construction/materials sales, is highly preferredProficiency with CRM software and sales toolsProven ability to meet or exceed sales goals and quotasCapability to work in a hybrid environment, balancing in-office and remote work responsibilities
