Director of Clubhouse OperationsExecutive Leadership Role | Food & Beverage FocusReports to the General ManagerRole SummaryThis is a senior, hands-on leadership role with a primary focus on Food and Beverage operations, including but not limited culinary, beverage, member dining, banquet functions, and member events. While part of the executive leadership team, this position is not a generalist operations role. Success is measured by the strength, consistency, and elevation of the clubhouse Food & Beverage experience. The Director of Clubhouse Operations provides direct leadership oversight of key clubhouse leaders, such as the Director of Sales & Events and the Director of Marketing & Membership, to ensure alignment between programming, execution, communication, and the overall member experience.This role requires daily floor leadership and visible presence. It is not an administrative or office-based position.
