Fleet Operations Supervisor

K1 Group, LLC is hiring a Fleet Operations Supervisor to oversee daily fleet activities at our Fort Worth, TX location. This role is critical to keeping our trucks moving safely, efficiently, and profitably.Responsibilities:Supervise daily fleet operations, dispatch coordination, and driver schedulingMonitor telematics (Geotab) and key KPIs including cost per mile, utilization, and on-time performancePartner with maintenance, safety, and dispatch teams to resolve operational issuesEnsure DOT/FMCSA compliance, including HOS, ELD, and driver qualification filesLead, coach, and develop drivers and operations staffDrive continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cost and improve serviceQualifications:3+ years of experience in fleet, transportation, or logistics operationsWorking knowledge of TMS, ELD, and telematics platforms (Geotab preferred)Strong understanding of DOT and FMCSA regulationsExcellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsBased in or willing to relocate to Fort Worth, TXHigh school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred
