This includes coordinating executive priorities, managing cross-departmental projects, and ensuring organizational alignment with company goals. The ideal candidate will serve as a trusted advisor to the executive team, driving efficiency and collaboration across the company. This is a contract position based in San Diego, CA, with the flexibility to work remotely part-time in a hybrid work model.QualificationsOrganizational and Project Management skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities and timelines effectivelyStrategic Planning and Analytical Thinking skills for overseeing complex initiatives and prioritizing business objectivesStrong Communication and Interpersonal skills for collaboration across teams and providing executive supportLeadership and Decision-Making skills, with the ability to act as a trusted advisor to the executive teamProficiency in Business Tools and Software including project management platforms, presentation software, and data analysis toolsExperience in media, technology, or investment banking industries is a plusBachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field preferredDemonstrated ability to work effectively in a hybrid work environment
