We are seeking qualified candidates to interview for the position of Property Manager for a 300 unit, B+, garden style apartment community in NW Columbus. This position will manage a staff of 8 (total). The property is market-rate and owner managed. There are no significant issues that need to be "fixed." Property is performing well and in excellent physical shape. To be qualified, you must have at least 8 total years of multifamily management experience with at least 2 full years of experience as an apartment property manager, managing at least 250 market-rate units simultaneously.
