We're Hiring: Commercial Lines Account Manager (On-Site / In-House)Location: Albany, New York Metro AreaSalary: $90,000 - $120,000 (based on experience)Experience Required: 3+ years Commercial Lines experienceAbout the RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join our team in an on-site, in-house capacity. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working directly with clients, and has a strong understanding of commercial insurance coverages and markets.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and service a book of commercial insurance accountsHandle renewals, endorsements, policy changes, and day-to-day client needsServe as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring high-level service and retentionMarket new and renewal business to carriers to secure competitive coverage and pricingBuild and maintain strong relationships with underwriters and carrier partnersReview policies and documentation for accuracy and completenessAssist producers with account strategy and client communicationPrepare proposals, coverage summaries, and presentationsSupport claims processes and advocate for clients when neededQualifications3+ years of Commercial Lines Account Management experienceStrong knowledge of coverages including General Liability, Property, Auto, Workers' Compensation, and UmbrellaActive Property & Casualty (P&C) licenseExperience working with multiple carriers and agency management systemsExcellent communication and client relationship skillsStrong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple prioritiesWhat We OfferCompetitive salary ($90K-$120K)Full benefits package (health, dental, vision)401(k) with company contributionPaid time off, holidays, and work-life balanceStable, team-oriented work environment with growth potentialIf you're a strong Commercial Lines professional looking for a stable, in-house opportunity in the Albany area, please send us you resume.
