Founded in 2019, the company has scaled to approximately $300M in revenue through a high-volume acquisition strategy and is actively building out its corporate finance function to match that growth.The RoleThis is a Senior Financial Analyst position, with consideration for a Finance Manager title depending on candidate profile. It sits within corporate FP&A. This is not a traditional analyst seat. You will be one of the first true finance business partners on the corporate side, working directly with department heads across IT, marketing, and vendor management. You are not running models in the background. You are translating numbers into decisions.What You Will DoServe as a direct finance business partner to department heads across the organizationBuild and maintain financial models, forecasts, and reporting that drive real decisionsSupport an upcoming ERP implementation and help define how the finance function operatesWork closely with the VP of Finance and CFO on strategic and operational prioritiesDevelop visibility into higher-level reporting responsibilities over timeWhat We're Looking For2-4 years of experience in FP&A or corporate finance (Finance Manager title may be considered for stronger backgrounds)Advanced Excel requiredBusiness partner mindset: comfortable with non-finance leaders and able to communicate financial insights clearlySelf-starter who thrives in a build-it-as-you-go environmentExposure to Sage, Power BI, or Velixo is a plus but not requiredFinance or Accounting degree Why This RoleMost FP&A roles hand you a process and ask you to maintain it.
