From this location, we define and drive the strategic direction for business development and growth across the region "” working in close collaboration with our manufacturing sites and central functions, supporting local operations, and actively incorporating ideas and market insights to strengthen our competitive position in North America.Job-Type: Full-timeHome office option: up to 100% but willingness to travel requiredYour main tasks: You are responsible for supporting and advising our international customers and for maintaining long-term, strategic customer relationships.You continuously monitor industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive activities and align strategies for your customer group accordingly.You identify new customer needs by working closely with colleagues from development, providing technical consulting, and jointly creating customer-specific solutions and offers.In cooperation with specialist departments, you develop offers in terms of content and conduct contract and price negotiations with your customer groups.You participate in national and international trade fairs as both a visitor and exhibitor, representing Hirschvogel to the outside world.You will implement business development strategies for the automotive industry in the North American market.Your profile: Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technology related discipline, preferably in mechanical or industrial is desired but not necessaryProfessional experience: Experience in a business management or technical engineering required, preferably in the automotive industrySpecialist knowledge: Knowledge and understanding of processes in a manufacturing environment, particularly in the Automotive industry a plus; must be able to read blue printsPersonality: Outstanding written and verbal communication skills; Ability to quickly build strong alliances and business relationships with customers at all levels of the organization; Self-motivated and self-directed team player with great leadership potential and a strong vision to grow with the company.Language Skills: Business fluent in Englisch, preferably knowledge of German and other languagesWillingness to travel: approx. 50% travelPhysical Requirements: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.Our benefits: The company reimburses health insurance costs including medical, dental, vision, life and accidents within a defined budget tailored to the employees' family size.Car allowanceWe welcome all applications!
