Supports the administration of compensation programs designed for all employees, oversee job architecture, job evaluation, and benchmarking of all roles, and support the compensation cycle. This role also provides analytical support for the Company's executive compensation program, including preparation of materials and analyses for the Compensation, Nomination, and Governance Committee of the Board of Directors ("CNG"), ad support for the design and operation of the long-term incentive plan.
