Director of Human Resources - Multi-Site ManufacturingLocation: West Suburbs of Chicago (multi-site environment)OverviewWe are partnering with a manufacturing business on a Director of Human Resources search. The company operates a multi-site platform across several states. Following a period of strong growth and recent acquisitions, the business is entering its next phase of operational maturity. This role will be instrumental in building scalable HR infrastructure and partnering closely with executive leadership and plant teams to support continued growth.The RoleThis is a hands-on HR leadership role with broad ownership across a multi-site manufacturing environment.
