You'll be at the heart of our talent acquisition efforts, making a tangible impact by:Partnering with Clients: Getting to know their teams, culture, and hiring needs so you can deliver candidates who truly fit.Sourcing Top Talent: Proactively identifying and engaging high-caliber candidates for openings across Ohio and nationwide.Driving the Full Talent Acquisition Lifecycle: Reviewing resumes, conducting phone and in-person interviews, and strategically reaching out to passive candidates.Delivering Results: Thriving in a deadline-driven environment to meet client expectations and place top-notch associates.Championing Candidates: Coaching and supporting candidates through every step of their transition into new roles.Collaborating as a Team: Working alongside colleagues in a non-competitive, uplifting environment where everyone succeeds together.What We're Looking ForExperience: 1+ years in recruiting, talent acquisition, or a related people-facing role.
