The environment is fast-paced, collaborative, and built for high performers who want visibility, impact, and continuous growth.Why This Role Stands OutThis is a highly visible, hybrid leadership role that blends:Strategic HR advisory to multiple operating businessesInternal HR leadership and influence at the enterprise levelYou'll operate as both a trusted advisor to senior leaders and a hands-on builder, helping shape people strategy while driving execution across a complex, multi-entity environment.What You'll DoStrategic HR Partnership (External-Facing)Partner directly with senior HR and business leaders across a portfolio of operating companiesDeliver tailored HR solutions across talent acquisition, total rewards, talent management, and organizational designAct as a strategic advisor on workforce planning, org structure, and leadership effectivenessIdentify gaps in talent strategy and build scalable solutions to address themBuild strong relationships with executive stakeholders, including CHRO-level partnersEnterprise HR Leadership (Internal-Facing)Serve as a key advisor to executive leadership and functional teamsHelp shape and execute the broader HR strategy across the organizationDrive alignment between internal HR initiatives and the needs of partner organizationsLead or contribute to high-impact initiatives (e.g., M&A integration, org redesign, change management)Champion culture, engagement, and leadership development effortsOrganizational Effectiveness & Talent StrategyCoach leaders on performance management, employee relations, and team developmentUse data and insights to proactively drive HR programs and decisionsSupport workforce planning, succession planning, and organizational designEnsure compliance and partner with legal on risk mitigation when neededDrive initiatives that enhance engagement, retention, and performanceWhat You Bring12+ years of progressive HR experience (HRBP or generalist background)Experience operating at a strategic level with senior leadershipProven ability to balance strategy + execution in complex environmentsStrong background across core HR functions (talent, comp, ER, L&D, etc.)Experience leading teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholdersStrong change management and organizational design experienceExcellent communication skills with executive presenceNice to Have:Experience in consulting, advisory, or multi-entity environmentsExposure to M&A, integration, or transformation workAdvanced degree in HR or related fieldWork Environment & BenefitsHybrid schedule (3 days in office)Strong work-life balance initiatives (including flexible work options)Competitive compensation + bonus + long-term incentivesRobust health, wellness, and development offerings
