Our client, a global leader in real estate, is seeking a polished, proactive, and service-oriented receptionist to support daily office operations and create a welcoming, high-quality experience for guests and employees alike. This is a highly visible, front-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, hospitality-driven environment. The ideal candidate is organized, resourceful, and takes pride in creating a warm and seamless office experience.Please note this is an onsite, two-month contract role based in San Francisco. CA. Pay will be $26.66/hr.This role will support two office locations in the Financial District, and the ideal candidate is comfortable traveling between both sites as needed throughout the day.Key Responsibilities:Provide light administrative support, including greeting and checking in guests, assisting with visitor needs, and resetting Wi-Fi access as needed (laptop provided) Maintain overall office presentation by ensuring common areas are clean, organized, and fully stocked (e.g., tidying workspaces, wiping tables, managing dishes, brewing coffee, replenishing snacks) Monitor and manage inventory of pantry and cleaning supplies; proactively reorder items to ensure consistent availability Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail and packages in a timely manner Conduct regular walkthroughs of the space to uphold cleanliness and organization standards Travel between two Financial District office locations to provide consistent hospitality support Support ad hoc office and hospitality-related tasks as needed Qualifications:2+ years of experience in hospitality, office coordination, or a similar support role Strong attention to detail and a proactive, "no task too small" mindset Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-service focus Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Reliable, professional, and team-oriented Please submit your resume for immediate consideration!You can use WorkGrades to collect and manage your references for free and share them with us or anyone else you choose by visiting /home/candidate.
