This position is not eligible for immigration sponsorship now or in the future.Hybrid Policy: Monday - Thursday onsite, Friday work from home.Based in Dallas, TX and reporting to the Director, Analytics, the Business Insights Analyst is a key member of the Corporate Finance team responsible for delivering decision-support insights across FleetPride.This role partners with leaders across Sales, Operations, Supply Chain, Accounting, and Corporate functions to design and deliver meaningful performance reporting that drives action. The Business Insights Analyst translates business objectives into clear, measurable KPIs and executive-level dashboards, ensuring leaders have the visibility required to manage performance and improve results.Essential ResponsibilitiesPartner with cross-functional business leaders"”including Finance, Accounting, Supply Chain, Marketing, Sales, Operations, and HR"” to understand business challenges, identify opportunities for efficiency and growth, and translate them into structured reporting and performance metricsDesign, build, and maintain executive dashboards and reporting solutions in Microsoft Power BIDevelop and standardize KPIs aligned to corporate strategy and financial objectivesAnalyze performance trends and provide clear, concise insights that support operational and financial decision-makingEnsure reporting outputs are aligned to defined business objectives and intended useCollaborate with IT to maintain data integrity, consistent metric definitions, and scalable reporting solutionsContinuously improve reporting efficiency, usability, and clarity across the organizationQualifications Education and Professional ExperienceBachelor's degree required in Business Administration, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a quantitative field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, Engineering2 to 5 years of relevant professional experience in business performance, finance, consulting, or operational support rolesProblem Solving and Business AcumenStrong understanding of financial and operational performance driversAbility to connect reporting outputs to P&L impact and business outcomesDemonstrated ability to support decision-making through structured reporting or modelingPrior leadership experience"”whether formal management or informal team guidance"”is a plus and may create additional opportunities for advancement within the roleExcellent communication skills, with the ability to distill complex information into key messages for a variety of audiences, from technical peers to senior executivesComfortable engaging with senior business leadersTools and Technical SkillsAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Power BI (required), including data modeling and dashboard developmentStrong experience with SQL Server for data extraction and transformationAdvanced Microsoft Excel skills requiredUnderstanding of KPI development and performance measurement frameworksFamiliarity with Microsoft Fabric and data integration tools (e.g., SSIS, Power Query) is a plusWorking knowledge of statistical techniques (forecasting, regression, clustering) preferredUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts preferredThis job description in no way states or implies that these are the only duties to be performed by this employee.
