Senior IT Business Relationship Manager (ERP Support)

Location: Fort Worth, TX (Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote)Contract: 12-14 monthsThe OpportunityWe're hiring a Senior IT Business Relationship Manager to support a critical ERP environment and large-scale internal initiatives. This role sits at the intersection of business and IT, ensuring seamless operations across Supply Chain, Finance, and Operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.You'll act as a trusted advisor and liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, driving system stability, process improvements, and successful project delivery.Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness-IT Liaison: Translate business needs into technical requirements across global teams (U.S., Europe, India)ERP Support: Maintain and support Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion) to ensure system health and data integrityIncident Management: Lead triage, document impacts, and perform root cause analysis (RCA)Process Improvement: Identify gaps in Supply Chain processes (O2C, P2P, inventory, logistics) and recommend enhancementsChange Management: Support testing, validation (DEV/TEST/PROD), and release readinessVendor Coordination: Partner with third-party providers to ensure service delivery and SLAsRequired Experience10-15+ years in IT Business Analysis, ERP Support, or Business Relationship ManagementStrong functional experience with Oracle Cloud ERP (Fusion)(SAP also considered with strong background)Proven ability to operate in high-pressure, mission-critical environmentsExcellent communication skills bridging business and technical teamsExperience managing competing priorities in dynamic environmentsPreferred SkillsConsumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry experience (high-volume environments like P&G, PepsiCo, etc.)Integration knowledge (APIs, Boomi, OIC)EDI experience (orders, invoicing, banking)Experience working with global, distributed teamsFamiliarity with Agile environmentsWhy This Role?High-impact, visible role supporting critical business operationsOpportunity to work on large-scale ERP initiatives and datacenter-related effortsCollaborative, global environment with strong technical teams
