This is a highly visible, hands-on role offering the opportunity to work closely with senior leadership while driving key HR operational functions.This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys combining HR operations, systems, data analytics, and process improvement to make a meaningful impact.Key ResponsibilitiesHR Operations & PayrollOversee end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timelinessPartner with internal teams and external vendors to support payroll operationsTroubleshoot and resolve payroll and system-related issuesHR Systems (HRIS) & ReportingOwn and enhance HRIS functionality and data integrityDesign and build dashboards and reporting for senior leadershipGenerate complex data reports to support strategic decision-makingServe as a subject matter expert for HR systems, reporting, and analyticsCompensationSupport annual compensation planning and review cyclesAssist with benchmarking, surveys, and maintaining competitive salary structuresProvide insights and guidance on compensation-related mattersProcess Improvement & CollaborationDrive continuous improvement across HR processes and systemsPartner with HR leadership and cross-functional teamsDeliver high-quality HR services across a multi-entity environmentQualifications5+ years of experience in HR Operations, including payroll and HRISStrong HRIS and data analytics skills, including dashboard creation and reporting for senior leadershipAdvanced Excel skills and high comfort working with dataExperience with systems such as UKG (UltiPro), Workday, or similar preferredStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and customer service mindsetWhy This RoleHigh-impact role with direct exposure to senior leadershipOpportunity to own HR systems and drive data-driven decision-makingStrong mix of hands-on work and strategic influenceCollaborative, team-oriented culture focused on growth and improvementRare perk: free parking
