Production Manager

Capstone Search Advisors is partnering with a leading food manufacturing organization to identify a high-impact Production Manager to lead operations and drive performance within a fast-paced production environment.This is a key leadership role responsible for optimizing production processes, ensuring product quality, and developing high-performing teams.Key Responsibilities:Lead and oversee daily production operations to meet safety, quality, and output goals Develop and execute production plans to ensure on-time delivery and efficiency Manage and coach production supervisors and teams to drive engagement and performance Monitor KPIs such as yield, waste, downtime, and productivity, and implement continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with food safety, quality, and regulatory standards (HACCP, FDA, etc.) Collaborate cross-functionally with Quality, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teamsQualifications:5+ years of leadership experience in food manufacturing or CPG environmentStrong knowledge of production planning, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvementExperience managing teams in a high-volume, fast-paced facilityFamiliarity with food safety standards (HACCP, SQF, GMP)MiscComprehensive benefits packageOpportunity to join a growing organization with strong leadership and cultureCareer advancement potential
