This role is ideal for a hands-on leader who thrives in an active construction environment and understands the unique challenges of working in occupied hospitality settings.Key ResponsibilitiesOversee all on-site construction activities from mobilization through project completionCoordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel to maintain schedule and quality standardsEnsure compliance with project plans, specifications, and brand standardsMaintain a safe jobsite and enforce all safety protocolsWork closely with Project Managers to track progress, resolve issues, and maintain budgetsInterface professionally with owners, hotel management, and brand representativesManage logistics and phasing in occupied renovation environmentsMaintain daily reports, schedules, and site documentationQualifications5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial constructionHospitality renovation experience strongly preferred (guestrooms, public space, FF&E)Proven ability to manage fast-paced, phased renovation projectsStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skillsWillingness to travel extensively (projects nationwide)Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specificationsProficient in scheduling and project documentation toolsProfessional working proficiency in English and Spanish.What We OfferCompetitive salary based on experienceTravel accommodations and per diemHealth benefits and paid time offOpportunity to work with leading hospitality ownership groups and brandsConsistent pipeline of projects nationwideAbout Team Hospitality GroupTeam Hospitality Group is a nationwide general contractor specializing in hotel renovations, including select service, full-service, and boutique properties.
