Relate Search has partnered with a high-growth, consumer-facing food and beverage organization in its search for a Senior Manager of Talent Acquisition to lead recruiting operations and drive scalable hiring strategies across the business. This role will play a critical part in building and enabling a high-performing talent acquisition function, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top talent in a fast-paced, evolving environment.Reporting into HR leadership, this individual will lead a team of recruiters, partner closely with business leaders, and optimize recruiting processes, tools, and strategies to deliver a best-in-class candidate and hiring manager experience.Responsibilities:Lead end-to-end Talent Acquisition operations, ensuring consistent, efficient, and high-quality recruiting processes across all functions and levels.Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators, driving performance, accountability, and strong hiring outcomes.Partner with business leaders and HR to align hiring strategies with workforce needs, providing market insights and guidance on talent decisions.Oversee recruiting tools, systems, and workflows, identifying opportunities to improve efficiency, candidate experience, and process scalability.Manage recruiting budget and external vendor relationships, ensuring effective use of agencies, tools, and hiring investments.Qualifications:5-7+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting, with full-cycle recruiting expertise across multiple functions.2-3+ years of experience leading or managing recruiting teams.Demonstrated ability to improve recruiting processes and leverage ATS or recruiting technologies.Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence hiring decisions and partner with leadership.Ownership mentality with the ability to navigate "scrappy" environments with changing priorities Data-driven mindset with experience using recruiting metrics to drive performance and decision-making.
