We are committed to inspiring creativity and confidence through the universal language of music.Role DescriptionThis is a contract role for a Piano Teacher, located on-site at our facility in Redmond, WA. The Piano Teacher will be responsible for delivering one-on-one or group piano lessons tailored to students of various skill levels. Responsibilities also include preparing lesson plans, teaching fundamental and advanced piano techniques, fostering an understanding of music theory, and supporting students' artistic growth. Teachers are also expected to communicate effectively with students and parents regarding progress and goals, ensuring an engaging and welcoming learning experience.QualificationsProficiency in Piano Playing and extensive knowledge of Piano techniquesExperience in Piano Education and the ability to teach diverse skill levelsStrong understanding of Music Theory and its applications in piano performanceBackground in Music Education, with a focus on student engagement and progressAbility to connect with learners and foster a positive and encouraging learning environmentPrior teaching experience in music instruction is preferredBachelor's degree in Music, Musical Arts, or a related field is a plusExcellent communication and organizational skillsBilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin is preferredWork AuthorizationCandidates must have valid authorization to work in the United StatesThe company is willing to sponsor H-1B visas for qualified candidates
