The Lead Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing developmentally appropriate lesson plans, developing and executing creative curriculum aligned with early childhood principles, and fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment. The role also involves directly engaging with children, collaborating with fellow educators and parents, and nurturing young learners to support their developmental milestones.QualificationsExperience in Lesson Planning and Curriculum Development for early childhood programsStrong foundation in Early Childhood Education principles and teaching methodologiesExcellent Communication skills for collaborating with parents, colleagues, and studentsExperience with Kindergarten-age children and a passion for nurturing young learnersAbility to foster a positive and inclusive learning environmentBachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related fieldPrior experience in a preschool or kindergarten setting is highly valuedRelevant certifications, including CPR, First Aid, or child development training, are a plus
