About the RoleThe DC Lead · Recruitment manages and develops a team of Outreach Community Partners across Centific's active US markets. This role owns the pod's participant recruitment pipeline, drives team performance, and partners with the DC Manager and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure participant supply meets project demand.The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in community outreach, recruitment, or AI data collection, a record of direct people management, and the problem-solving instincts to keep a distributed team on track.Key ResponsibilitiesTeam Leadership & DevelopmentLead, coach, and develop the team through regular 1:1s, structured feedback, and development conversationsAssign markets and projects based on individual strengths, geography, and prioritiesFoster a collaborative, accountable, culturally aware team environmentSupport top performers' career growth; address underperformance with direct, constructive coachingPipeline Management & Outreach OperationsOwn the pod's sign-up and registration targets; monitor pipeline daily and adjust strategy as projects shiftReview partner pipelines and channel performance; identify demographic gaps and realign effort to hit targetsDrive outreach across digital, in-person, referral, and community channels "” encouraging creative approaches across all active marketsCoordinate with the PC Lead and PMs to align participant supply with session scheduling needsSupport development of outreach materials that engage diverse participant populationsReporting, Process Improvement & Stakeholder CommunicationMaintain team performance records; provide pipeline updates, KPI summaries, and risk flags to the DC ManagerEscalate delivery risks proactively with context and a recommended pathLead onboarding of new team members "” tools, training, and market knowledgeGather team feedback and propose improvements to strategies, tools, and workflowsRequired QualificationsFluent in English "” required for all team and stakeholder communicationProfessional written and verbal communication; represents Centific credibly across all levels2+ years direct people management with a track record of coaching and driving results3+ years in recruitment, community outreach, or talent acquisition with a record of hitting pipeline targetsStrong team-building skills; able to unify a distributed, diverse teamProficient with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel); comfortable with digital outreach platforms and open to AI-assisted toolsCreative problem solver who navigates ambiguity and decides under time pressurePreferred QualificationsExperience in AI data collection, research operations, or crowdsourcing program delivery strongly preferredBackground managing outreach or recruitment operations across multiple cities or geographic markets simultaneouslyFamiliarity with recruiting platforms, CRM systems, or sourcing toolsExperience building community outreach programs or partnerships from the ground upSpeaking multiple languages is a plusSuccess MetricsPod-level participant sign-up and registration targets met consistently across all active marketsTeam outreach activity sustained across multiple channels and strategies each weekBooked and confirmed session targets achieved "” participants who show up and completeIndividual Outreach Community Partner KPI attainment across the teamTeam retention and engagement "” low churn, strong morale, and measurable individual growthWork Location - RemoteFull-time with CentificBenefits:Comprehensive healthcare, dental, and vision coverage401k planPaid time off (PTO)And more!Learn more about us at .Centific is an equal-opportunity employer.
