Project Estimator

We're looking for a hands-on Restoration Estimator / Project Manager who can confidently manage residential projects from initial estimate through final completion. This role requires experience across mitigation and reconstruction, strong estimating skills, and the ability to keep multiple jobs moving efficiently and profitably.What You'll DoCreate accurate, detailed, and defensible Xactimate estimates (Level 2+ preferred)Manage water, fire, mold, and reconstruction projects from start to finishSupervise mitigation crews and coordinate subcontractorsHandle insurance program (TPA) and residential lossesCommunicate effectively with adjusters, clients, and internal teamsEnsure projects stay on schedule, properly documented, and within budgetTrack job progress, approvals, and documentation to maintain profitabilityTools & Systems You'll UseXactimate - estimating, scoping, and pricingDASH - job management, approvals, and documentationDocusketch - initial, progress, and post-mitigation scansMicrosoft Teams & Office Suite - communication, reporting, and documentationPhoto and documentation platforms (CompanyCam or similar)What We're Looking ForProven experience in restoration estimating and project managementXactimate experience requiredAn established subcontractor base - framers, painters, plumbers, electricalComfortable managing multiple projects simultaneouslyStrong attention to detail and follow-throughAbility to close leads and convert opportunities into active projectsConfident defending estimates with insurance adjustersSelf-starter mentality with strong ownership and accountabilityNice to HaveExisting book of businessLarge-loss or commercial project experienceIICRC and/or RIA certifications preferred
