The associate will oversee daily warehouse operations such as shipping and receiving, packing products, unloading inventory, and organizing items for distribution. Responsibilities also include operating equipment like forklifts and pallet jacks, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring safety compliance within the warehouse. The individual will help streamline workflows, support team members, and contribute to operational efficiency to meet the growing demands of the business.QualificationsProficiency in Shipping & Receiving operations to ensure inventory accuracy and timely deliveriesSkills in Packing and Unloading of goods in a warehouse settingExperience in Forklift Operation and handling a Pallet Jack effectivelyStrong organizational skills and attention to detailPhysical strength and stamina to handle heavy loadsAbility to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environmentFamiliarity with warehouse safety protocols and proceduresHigh school diploma or GED; additional certifications in logistics or equipment operation are a plus
