The role combines team leadership, stakeholder influence, and analytical oversight, with a focus on translating data driven insights into clear commercial actions. You will operate at the intersection of analytics and business, leading a team responsible for influencing pricing decisions across merchandising and commercial teams, while also helping to evolve pricing capabilities, tools, and ways of working.Key responsibilities:Lead and develop a team of pricing and commercial analytics professionals, driving high quality output and capability growthAct as a senior partner to merchandising and commercial stakeholders, influencing pricing decisions through data driven insightsTranslate complex analysis into clear, actionable recommendations that impact margin and revenueOwn and lead pricing discussions, surfacing risks, opportunities, and performance driversGuide the development of pricing frameworks, tools, and processes to improve decision makingCollaborate with product, data, and analytics teams to enhance pricing capabilities and innovationSupport the broader transformation of pricing science within the organisationKey requirements:Experience leading teams within pricing, commercial analytics, or revenue focused environmentsStrong stakeholder management and influence, with the ability to challenge and guide non technical teamsSolid analytical capability, including SQL and hands on data interrogationProven ability to translate data into commercial insight and business decisionsExperience operating in complex, data rich environments with multiple stakeholdersComfortable working within a developing or transforming function
