They are in the pharmacy area and are looking for a new Inventory Specialist in Buffalo to be a part of their specialist team.OverviewWe are looking for a highly detail-oriented Inventory & Fulfillment Specialistto manage inventory, product labeling, and order preparation. This role is critical to ensuring every order is accurate, properly labeled, and fully prepared for shipment.This position sits at the core of our operations responsible for building kits, labeling products, and generating shipping labels with precision and consistency.Key Responsibilities:Inventory ManagementPerform daily inventory counts(morning and end-of-day)Track all inventory movements (incoming, used, adjusted)Maintain accurate stock levels for medications, peptides, and suppliesIdentify discrepancies and report immediatelyMonitor low stock levels and flag reordering needs proactivelyProduct Labeling (Vials & Medications)Print and apply product-specific labelsto vials and medicationsEnsure all labels are accurate (correct product, dosage, batch when applicable)Maintain consistency and compliance in labeling standardsOrganize labeled inventory for easy tracking and fulfillmentShipping Label CreationGenerate and print shipping labels for outgoing ordersVerify correct shipping information before printingEnsure each order is properly matched with its corresponding shipping labelOrganize orders for smooth handoff to shippingKit Building & Order FulfillmentAccurately build kits based on order requirements (correct meds + supplies)Include all necessary components (vials, syringes, alcohol pads, etc.)Cross-check each kit to ensure 100% accuracyPack orders in a clean, organized, and consistent mannerPrepare completed orders for shipmentSupply ManagementMonitor and manage all supplies (vials, packaging, syringes, labels, boxes, etc.)Keep workspace fully stocked and organized at all timesFlag low supplies before they become an issueQuality ControlDouble-check all orders before completionEnsure correct product, quantity, and labeling on every orderMaintain cleanliness and organization of workspaceFollow all SOPs for handling and storage of medicationsQualificationsExtremely detail-oriented (non-negotiable)Strong organizational skillsAble to follow structured processes consistentlyComfortable working in a fast-paced environmentExperience in inventory, fulfillment, or warehouse operations preferredWhat Success Looks LikeNear-zero fulfillment errorsAccurate and up-to-date inventory at all timesClean, organized, and efficient workspaceOrders prepared correctly and ready for shipment without delays
