Join our team and help us keep our community's landscapes healthy, vibrant, and welcoming.Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Landscape Maintenance Account Manager to oversee the care, upkeep, and enhancement of our outdoor spaces. This role involves managing a team, coordinating schedules, and ensuring all work meets high-quality standards.ResponsibilitiesPlan, schedule, and supervise daily maintenance operations for lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas.Train and lead grounds crew in best horticultural practices.Monitor plant health, irrigation systems, and seasonal needs.Manage equipment, and customer relationships.Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.Must be able to effectively communicate with clients on enhancements and maintenance issues.Job responsibilities include daily and weekly scheduling and management of at least 4-5 maintenance crews.Applicants must possess a valid driver's license with good driving record, a customer service-oriented approach, general computer proficiency, and a willingness and ability to work in a team environment.· A valid NC pesticide license and bilingual language ability is a plus. (5+ years in landscape maintenance)Strong knowledge of landscape maintenance practices, including lawn care, horticulture, irrigation systems, construction basics, and tree care.Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage multiple projects effectively.Familiarity with gardening techniques, horticulture principles, and general property maintenance.Excellent communication skills to coordinate with clients, team members, and vendors.Valid driver's license.
