With a large, growing portfolio anchored by national retailers, they focus on long-term value, strong tenant relationships, and hands-on property management as they continue expanding into new markets.Your new roleOversee day-to-day operations of assigned retail assets, ensuring properties are well-maintained and meet ownership objectives.Manage tenant relations, serving as the primary contact for inquiries, service requests, move-ins, and move-outs.Prepare and manage operating budgets, monitor expenses, and ensure financial performance aligns with targets, including rent collection and variance reporting.Coordinate maintenance, repairs, inspections, and capital projects while managing vendor contracts, performance, and compliance.Administer leases, ensuring adherence to terms, tracking key clauses, and supporting leasing efforts to maintain occupancy.Ensure regulatory compliance, risk management, safety protocols, and accurate documentation across all property operations.Lead and support onsite staff as directed, fostering strong communication, accountability, and operational excellence.Execute business plans and operational strategies, proactively identifying issues, improving performance, and supporting marketing and development initiatives.What you'll need to succeedBachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, Finance, or a related fieldAt least 5 years of experience in commercial real estate and asset management, specifically with shopping centersStrong financial skills, including budgeting and financial analysisProficiency in lease negotiations and tenant relationsExcellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to work independently and collaborativelyStrong organizational and project management capabilitiesProficient with property management software and financial analysis toolsWhat you'll get in returnAs part of our comprehensive compensation package, you'll enjoy a competitive salary, benefits, and the thrilling opportunity to be a part of our company's expansion into new markets.
