Our client is a dynamic and growing organization seeking a strategic and hands-on Human Resources Generalist to join their team in Newtown, PA. This individual will be responsible for supporting all aspects of the HR function, including talent acquisition, culture-building, employee relations, compensation and benefits administration, payroll, and performance management. The HR Generalist will play a critical role in supporting the organization's continued growth and employee engagement.Key Responsibilities:Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for both hourly and salaried positionsAdminister employee benefits and compensation programs, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time offProcess bi-weekly payroll in coordination with FinanceMaintain employee records and ensure compliance with state and federal labor lawsLead performance management processes, including reviews, goal setting, and documentationPromote and foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture aligned with the organization's valuesServe as a point of contact for employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and workplace concernsSupport training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and engagementAssist with compliance initiatives, audits, and reporting requirementsQualifications:Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field3+ years of HR generalist experience in a manufacturing or industrial setting preferredStrong knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and payroll systemsExcellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsAbility to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalismProficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office SuiteIf interested please submit the following information to be considered for this role:Updated resumeWhy are you looking to leave your current position, or if in transition, why.Provide a short blurb on your experience in all areas listed above.Confirm experience in manufacturing or industrial setting.Confirm you can work on-site 5 days in Newtown, PA.Provide your salary requirements.
