If you haven't handled multiple full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementations, this won't be a fit.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion Cloud programs across Finance, SCM, and HCMDrive end-to-end delivery of at least 2+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud implementationsEstablish and enforce program governance, KPIs, and reporting frameworksOwn RAID management, risk mitigation, and critical-path trackingCoordinate cross-functional teams including functional, technical, and integration workstreamsOversee OIC integrations, data migration, security, and architecture alignmentManage stakeholder communication at executive and business levelsEnsure alignment with Oracle Unified Method (OUM) or Oracle Cloud delivery methodologyDrive Agile, Scrum, or hybrid execution models where applicableProvide clear escalation handling, decision-making, and conflict resolutionRequired Qualifications18+ years of overall experience in ERP/HCM/SCM programs7+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud program management experienceProven track record of delivering 2+ full-cycle Oracle Cloud implementationsStrong knowledge of:Oracle Financials CloudOracle SCM CloudOracle HCM CloudHands-on exposure to:OIC (Oracle Integration Cloud)Data Migration strategiesSecurity and role designExperience managing large global teams (onsite + offshore)Strong command of program governance, PMO frameworks, and KPIsPreferred QualificationsExperience with Agile/Scrum or hybrid delivery modelsStrong understanding of Oracle Cloud business processesExcellent executive communication and presentation skillsAbility to translate complex risks into actionable plansKey SkillsOracle Fusion Cloud (Finance, HCM, SCM)Program & Delivery ManagementStakeholder ManagementRAID & Risk ManagementOIC IntegrationsData Migration & SecurityPMO GovernanceAgile / Scrum / Hybrid Delivery
