Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).Key Responsibilities:Notes from Managers:Role will be Hybrid (onsite 3 days, 2 day remote) in Spring House, PA locationBachelor's degree is not requiredPrevious work experience is requiredMust know end-to-end contract experienceProcurement experienceMust know the life cycle of contracts in ProcurementPrepare detailed plan supporting high-level planLiaise with stakeholders to ensure they are clear on expectations/deliverablesMaintaining project documentation in compliance with internal SOPs and applicable regulatory standards.Facilitating communication and information flow amongst S&O, TA and SLT team members and stakeholders.Assisting in the preparation of portfolio status reports and presentation materials for governance meetings.Managing document versioning, SharePoint sites, or other collaborative tools.Build and maintain strong collaborations within the TA (TA R&D BD liaison for biology, Clinical Development) and partnering functions (Regulatory, Global Development, Medical Affairs, Commercial).Liaise with administrators regarding logistics, interacts with members of the Clinical and Indication Teams, and other scientific and business related disciplines as neededKey Requirements and Technology Experience: Key skills; - Contract Management background and experiencePO Management experienceHave experience working in a compliance department, so knowing the policies and compliance around contracts in the Procurement environmentMust have end-to-end contract management experienceProcurement experienceExperience in Confidential Disclosure Agreement (CDA) / non-disclosure agreement (NDA) requestsPurchase Order Management experienceHave experience working in a compliance department, so knowing the policies and compliance around contracts in the Procurement environmentBachelor's degree is NOT required, work experience with above tasks is most importantMust have at least 2-5 years of prior experience performing all the listed job dutiesCandidate must be able to come in and hit the ground running immediatelyMust always have a professional demeanorMust have prior Purchase Order and Contract experienceMust have prior Contract Management experienceNote- Client is open Candidates willing to relocate at their own expense will be consideredOur client is a leading Healthcare Industry and we are currently interviewing to fill this and other similar contract positions.
